Hi, I'm 50 years old and it seems everything fell apart when I turned 40, LOL. I have gained over 60 pounds in the past 10 years, My metabolism definately needs a jump start, and I need an overall health boost.
My doctor recommended this diet as something I could stick to for 6 weeks to jump start my weight loss, then we are going to talk about continuing after the original 6 week committment.
I need a buddy if anyone wants to help me on a daily basis with some words of conridence!!!
