No no no!! don't eat less, eat more! Eat more fats so you're not hungry! I feel your pain, I've put back on 2.5 # in the last 2 days, and I haven't strayed from the plan at all!! URGH!!!

WHA?? You need to eat! No wonder you want to cry :..( Eat some food girl! You never need to be hungry. Have some celery w/cream cheese. Have some olives. You need to eat fat in order to stay full <3 Hang in there. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on the weight loss wagon! We're all here WITH you :D

Also eat things with fiber! Fiber helps keep you full. Are you drinking all your water? Try drinking a 16oz bottle with your meals.

squigglywiggly!! Don't starve yourself! Your body is going into "oh no food is scarce!" mode, and that is why you are picking up, because your body is thinking there is a famine or something! Instead of eating less, why don't you try to add a few more gentle exercise activities to your day. Even if it cleaning the house or something. -hugs-
