day 4 complete...it is day 4 isnt it? yeah, ok..it does get easier but those everyday things that tempted me to eat junk before are more obvious. Before I would just go and eat not knowing what triggered the craving...not I am recognizing what make me want to eat. This is probably a good thing, maybe later I will be able to distinguish between hunger and cravings. I am ready for day 5!
