thinking about intermittent fasting... can anyone share their experience with IF? Positive or negative, I wanna hear!

I can be very beneficial. But I’ve found that with my active lifestyle, it’s pretty tough because it really affects your energy levels. But, if you have strong willpower to not overdo it at night with calories than it leaves you feeling full at night. So really it’s all about preference; no one plan will work for everyone. I have lost 35 pounds in 6 months with IF. I do 18/6 window is between 12-6pm, or something similar I don’t stress a change. I absolutely love IF and don’t really feel like I am deprived at all especially during the holidays. For further info I watched Dr Berg and Dr. Fung on YouTube, the later being an internal medicine doc who works with diabetics. I try and exercise in the fasting state as they say it is more beneficial and I try and follow a Keto eating plan but for the most part I enjoy regular meals with my family at lunch and dinner, without feeling deprived. Oh yea, and when you first begin it’s kinda hard the first few days but by the 4th day body adjusts. Hope this helps

Don't worry about not eating enough, that's really the whole point, abstain as much as possible. The more you don't eat the better.

Phil, With that comment you made""the more you don't eat the better"" know that's nonsense at its best.you sound like an arm chair weight loss enthusiasts! starving yourself never achieved nothing but poor health and yo yo weight gains/losses.. Eat Clean, Proper CiCO and Excersize constitutes solid weight loss and proper body tone!
