What's your recipe for Parm Crisps... I've tried several and I'm about to give up on finding a good one.

Recently I found Whisps Parmesan Cheese Crisps by Cello at Costco and I absolutely love them. 23 of the quarter sized chips are 1 g. They totally satisfy that need for crunch and the flavor is great. I've tried making them, but it's not the same.

the Costco here in Nevada has the Sonoma county brand Parmesan Crisps (pepper jack too) that are pretty good. serving size is 1oz for 150 cal, 6 carbs and 10 g protein.

I am addicted to the Sam's club Parm Crisps, they sound like the Costco ones. I can eat the whole bag to easily. Now I make my own. They are not always as crunchy, but I don't over eat them as easily. I use grated and shredded parm. Place a combo of the two in little dollops on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil and cook at 300 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Just cook until edges are turning golden and they will have a good crunch once they cool. They are more chewy when hot.
