Woo hooo - let me know how it works out for you! I really need to do the same - I do great with my food and morning exercise, but when I get home from work, I should do some exercise too, and I don't. I admit, its hard with the kids, and dinner, etc, but still, thats no excuse - 2 or 3 times a week is totally do-able. Anyway, back to you - its really important to write everything down!! Thats what is so great about having a schedule and keeping to it. You can look at the bowl of Chex Mix, look at your "schedule" and see - "Nope, no Chex Mix on the schedule today, but MAYBE tomorrow." You can do it, your doing GREAT and I know you can make it to your goal. Hell, if my fat butt can do it, anyone can!!!!! Have a great one buddy!
