My weight is STAGNANT, exactly the same as last week's weigh-in. I didn't eat perfect, but I wasn't horrible either. However I have been studying a lot so not really moving around, maybe that's why. Can't wait for the semester to be OVER so I can bump up the activity levels and get myself out of this plateau. :)

Maybe you should make a time schedule for yourself of when you study, exercise, make your foods, etc. I know its something I should do.... it would really help me, but alas, I'm WAY to lazy for it! LOL But really, making a schedule, and keeping to it is a really great way to get to your goal!

Just wait till you bump up that exercise. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish.
