My gym just gave me 4 free semi-private (small group) training sessions! Yay! So once a week for a month I'll be with a personal trainer getting my A** kicked. She also gave me some advise on the other (5!) days of the week taht I should be doing during my workouts and some easy diet ( or so i thought) advice. Starts next week, but I'm so thrilled that I started following her advice right away. (Cept the diet part is harder than I thought!) At least i stopped eating the junk. The first day i only had the 2 carbs she recommended but yesterday I just had to have some noodles with my dinner which was carb number 3...but at least i t wasnt ice cream? So this morning back to the eggs. I don't know why i keep planning 2-no carb meals/day but then I've always been a rebel. i suppose its better to rebel in that direction than the way i did last night, having noodles and wine with my pork chop and broccoli. *carbs=noodles, bread etc; unlimited veggies
