Happy Easter. So thankful for the Lord's resurrection on this day ♥♥! Went to my mom and dad's. Mom fixed her wonderful cheesy potatoes, you know the ones... about 500 calories per BITE, and a veggie dish that had about 300 calories a BITE. So instead, I brought my string beans and fake butter spray for me and strawberries with NO sugar on them, while everyone else had sugared strawberries over angel food cake with whip cream (I had the light whip cream too). You know, I didn't miss a thing, it did not bother me one bit, nor did I feel "deprived" because I didn't have a roll or the wonderful potatoes! I ate to give my body the calories it needs to stay healthy and run correctly, what a great feeling!
