Are these pounds that I gained from eating too much crap because I have my period or from having it? When I was trying to minimize fat, I would binge every few days on fatty stuff, but if i have fat in my regular meals, and I don't binge on it which is better? What should the ideal pie chart look like anyway? and how come I feel the same as I did when I was a size ten? (except less fit) but I still have fat in all the same places? how do i prevent myself from eating when I'm stressed- I've already reduced my stress to a minimum but now how do i deal if i do get stressed? It's way easier sometimes to just grab a candy or chips at work and I think it's way better to eat then drink & smoke when i get home from work.
