1/4c coconut oil, 1/2 c peanut butter, 2 T unsweetened cocoa, 1/2-1 t stevia. Mix, pour in mold and freeze. Makes 12-13 around 100cals each. Tastes like Reese’s PB cups to me! Easy and yummy to satisfy that treat craving! I’d love your recipe! Those sound SO good!!

Berries & Cream fat bombs! 2 cups berries, 2 tbsp Stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 6 tbsp. butter, & 8 oz. cream cheese. Blend, put into ice cube trays, and freeze for four hours. Delicious!

I keep it simple 2 T cashew butter, 1/4 T Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa powder, 1t Torani s/f white chocolate syrup (or 1/2 packet NOW stevia, no carbs) 1/2 t Himalayan Salt. This makes 2, or 4 half servings needs no freezing. You can add more coconut oil, but I find this satisfying for hours.

@ Karrelight I’m far from an expert, but a short answer is that fatbombs are a uniquely Keto diet phenomenon. LOL High Fat Low Carb Moderate Protein Way of Eating. The idea behind a fat bomb is to eat healthy fats that will satisfy your hunger, normally medium chain fats such as you will find in MCT oils and many people use coconut oil in them.
