Yesterday was not good to me and I was not good to it. I woke up hungry and ate all day long. Even ate some off limits stuff. Sugar free muffins. They are not even good but they were there and I ate them. I did absolutely nothing except lay on the couch and eat. It was a terrible day. I’m glad it is over. I just hope I can get it together today. Sadly my walking friend has already said she can’t go so I am on my own. I hope I can motivate myself out of this funk and get back to my new normal.
