Walked 6 miles today. Went by myself and listened to the Spring app. Ended up going much faster than with my friend. So I’m tired and hurting. I am 5’7 and my friend is about 4’5. We both try to match each others pace so it is comfortable for us both. Ends up a nice stroll for me. Today was much tougher. I was walking an average of about 18 min miles. I’m assuming faster is better but I just am glad to be moving
