WOW! Am I impressed! I was a size 10 for about 3 months from 1988-1989, then it all came back, plus more, with medications. So far I started at 231 in April; am now 211. My goal (1st goal) is to get under 200; then to 185, which is 20% off my highest weight. When I can hold that stable, I’ll try for more. How did you do it, Jenibeann? It is simply wonderful!

Stromie, I lost the first 100lbs after I had gastric sleeve surgery, then my weight loss plateaud and I had to really dig in my heels and work hard for the little bit I have left to go! It's an every day challenge. I eat very low carb and drink 90oz of water daily! I exercise at home, no big deal, more so to keep some kinda figure as I don't ever want to be thin with no shape and loose skin😳😂 if you need help with the low carbing, I have a ton of little rid bits that can help, please PM me! Good luck, you're gonna be just fine!

You look amazing!! That 10 lbs. will come off in no time. It's always hard with birthdays and holidays at the same time. Now that the holiday is coming to an end you'll be able to find new motivation. 

I love those steps! 👡 They are some sexy shoes! I would break an ankle trying to walk in them but my legs sure would look sexy in the wheelchair. Just like yours! 💋
