On reflection, I am thinking that my plateau in weight loss could very well be due to the fact that I am underestimating how many calories I am eating each day. When I was mostly cooking at home and packing lunches, I was fine. But last week I ate out for almost every meal. I tried my best to journal the food I ate but I think restaurants just pad the dishes with a lot of hidden unnecessary calories. Anyways, I suppose I can't expect to win all the time. I just need to hunker down and look to the future to make next week a better week.
