Yesterday was very bad for me. depression was intense and I felt like crap. I was afraid I was getting a stomach bug. But I think it was just electrolytes. I took my supplements, drank bullion and then ate some chicken. By evening I felt better physically. This morning I feel much better mentally/emotionally but have a bad headache. Hopefully this is the tail end of whatever happened to me yesterday. I cooked butter chicken yesterday in my insta pot wannabe cooker. It was good. I used a recipe from the internet but it wasn’t for a pressure cooker so I kind of had to wing it. I hate to cook but it was such a great change I may do it again.

Glad you are feeling better! I hate to cook too but tend to do more this time of year because of the weather. I want things like stew, chili, roasts this time of year so I do some cooking.
