I’m feeling really good today. I’m not really sure why but I have felt as if I have had an uptick in energy over the past few days. It wasn’t enough to get my lazy bum out of bed for aerobics this morning though. I did sit here and drink my coffee and mess with my phone and think about it. I watched the minutes count down for over an hour. I exercised my brain thinking about how I wanted to go to the pool. But I didn’t move. Well I did once to go get another cup of coffee. But other than that I just sat here (actually I’m laying down as always). Why am I like this??? I can not do something so well but I can’t seem to do anything. Strange. Oh well tomorrow is another day. Oh and btw I did not step on the scale today!! Not going to let that monster control me!!!

March in place in your living room. You don't even have to change out of your pajamas! I do this anytime I don't feel like putting on a workout outfit, going outside, and/or going to the gym. It's obviously not as good as high impact aerobics, but it's certainly better than sitting down.
