I'm a little annoyed with the website because I can't get the exercise diary to show the sleeping and resting numbers all of a sudden. Not sure why they're gone, nor how to get them back. However, I think I have figured out a bit more of how little I need to eat to incur a drop. Obviously, I have to maintain it, which is why I need the numbers, but I think I'm back on track for how to get things in line again!
