I'm a stay at home mom to 5. I've dropped weight before so I know I can do it again. I just need to get started. It's time.
Lost 20lbs using FS and exercise about two years ago, and kept it off for a year after stopping the exercise plan. But then put back on 10lbs. This time, I want to get a handle on my intake before I do anything else. If I can control the mindless eating, I believe I can drop weight. Once I have intake back in line, I may add the exercise piece again to shed more weight.
I'm using history markers to cheer myself on. Goal is what I weighed at my wedding, but along the way I get to pass pre-pregnancy weight, and some other personal markers.
