First weigh in yesterday 189.6, today 184.6. 4.8lb loss. I hadn't taken my BP meds on Saturday but did Sunday so this is all due to the diuretic. Over 11K steps Sunday but I bruised the bottom of my foot on a rock so today was painful! Not going to get my 10k in, after a couple of hundred steps it starts hurting, so I'm doing a couple hundred steps at a time.

I did quite well several years ago, but work and not logging my food defeated me.

So, basis this time, keep walking and log my food. It's amazing what you don't eat when you log in advance. But first a baseline. Sigh.
