Internet unavailable while I was in Canada. No logging since the 11th. I've been within my limits food wise, except for one meal. I had a big bowl of berry soup. It is made with service berries aka Juneberry or Saskatoons. It didn't appear to throw me off yesterday (I ate it Sunday) but today my numbers are all out of whack. Blood sugar is 98? Wt. appears to be 195.4. 10/16 I took a supplement called Hyland's homeopathic Leg Cramps. It appears there's no sugar, but several ingredients I'm unfamiliar with. They have an 800 number, so I'm going to give them a call. Been awake since 4 this morning. Felt good when I first got up, but now I'm feeling sleepy. No leg or body aches this morning for a change.
