So... no changes in weight again this week, but I did meet with my trainer today and the first thing he said to me was "OMG... I know we've only been meeting for 5 weeks, but how much weight have you lost?" to which I answered... "NONE MIKE NONE!" He didn't believe me. :)
Not sure what's happening but I guess things are shifting around!
On the food and eating side of things, I'm starting to slip again with recording what I eat. So I need to try and keep vigilant. I've also reserved myself to the fact that I really really love food. So, the focus has to be clean eating and portion control.
