I gained 2 pounds. The good news is all the challenges I signed up for start today. I'm physically exhausted from my schedule but it's only for this week. Hopefully following these challenges will help me to keep my energy level up and keep me healthy. I'm on the home run- two weeks till I quit the stressful job and concentrate on the stress-less job! And I'll actually have time to exercise too! I just have to make it to the end of this week . . . and then next week ought to be easier still . . .
