So I haven't done a great job at kicking my caffeine energy habit... I try so hard but then again I don't and I started eating poorly again... It's like it's so much easier to eat what I do because I'm on the go and I have three kids in school and I'm working so I grab and go... I was doing so well before... I just don't know what happened

Hi I still drink coffee but I stopped putting in the hazelnut or French vanilla creamers which gets rid of some sugar and calories. Yes I know with a busy schedule it is so hard to stay on track. So with the grab and go even the Fast Food Restaurants have made healthier choices available on their menus so try to choose those options. Just try to stay on course a little at a time and you will find that you have mastered what little lapses were there. Good luck.

Is your caffeine habit from coffee? If so, try drinking decaf. I switched to decaf over 10 years ago. It tasted the same to me as my regular coffee but after about 2 weeks I realized I was no longer addicted and stopped drinking decaf as well. I used to always make a pot of coffee on Sundays and drink it while going through the Sunday paper, it was a Sunday ritual. One Sunday I started to make the coffee and realized I didn't even want it.
