Had a great weekend. Managed to walk for 35 minutes on Saturday, it was a little too cold for me (about 35 degrees) but did it any ways. The hills around here kill me :P Can't avoid them, a good thing I know, but jeez. Didn't get my water in, still gotta work on that, maybe buy a water bottle to attach to my hip? Did workout video's this morning, way to cold to walk. Pilates for 15 minutes and toning for 15 minutes. I am so out of shape, time to change that!
