Weighed myself this morning and I'm still carrying around that extra .6 that I gained over the weekend. I was going to do some exercise last night, but since we're supposed to be getting a terrible storm, Joe and I went to the supermarket to try and stock up on things. In case we're snowed in. So we got home, and I wasn't feeling working out.
I need to really get my act together when it comes to exercising. I was going to try to go to a yoga class on Wednesday, but since they are predicting 20 inches overnight, I doubt I'll be going to that. I don't think we'll be spared twice. I'm really trying to cut back on the calories. I feel like I set this mini goal and now my body is laughing at me telling me that I was being overly ambitious. I'm just going to keep on keeping on. It'll come off when it's good and ready to. Meanwhile, I'm going to do some step tonight on Wii. It's not the most high impact exercise I could be doing, but at least it is something.
On that note, I'm going to sit at my desk for the next 8 hours and think and hope that if it is as bad as they say it will be that my job won't open tomorrow. And I'll be able to spend the day in bed.
