I have no idea what's going on. I mainly stayed under my calories. I exercised four days this week, including running. My weight went up and I added an inch overall. I'm very upset right now. I check my RDI every week to make sure I'm at the right level. I haven't gained since I began. This probably shouldn't have this effect on me but it really has made upset. I know there would eventually be a plateau but not like this. This is reverse. 3llbs?! My clothes fit more loose. I had to add a notch to a belt this week. I wore a pair of slacks and a blazer that I haven't fit into in eight years. I can see the muscle gain but that can't account for this. I'm really upset.
