Finally my ear infection is gone!! Time to get back on my game... I just got my tomtom cardio spark 3 watch last week Thursday and it is helping me keep track of my goals tremendously. Now that I am feeling better I am excited about testing out all of my watches cool features and getting in some really great exercise. My strategy is to turn my chores (which I have plenty of) into active calorie busting exercises. I like to call it cleanercising!

Sounds like a great plan! If I can work mine around my disabilities so that I can DO them, you should be able to jazz them so you can have fun with exercising them. How do you think our grandma's stayed healthy? Besides kids every year? Lol

lol, yep good old grandmas and their damn health. It's amazing how good you can feel after getting that heart rate pumping. I too have a disability (MCS) and when I am feeling good, exercising helps me a great deal with sweating out all of those toxins stored in my body. With my condition sweating out toxins is elemental to feeling good, that and good organic minimally processed foods.

Me too on the unprocessed foods. It's taken me over twenty years to figure out how to set up a house so I can independently do things for myself, but I'm loving it!
