I'm back! So I haven't been on in awhile and the reason is due to some circumstances I had to pretty much live off of ramen for almost a week and I couldn't bring myself to log it! Then I only worked out twice, because I was upset that I wasn't able to stay on it. Well now I'm back on track but I'm so scared to weigh myself now! It stinks because I have a thyroid problem so I gain weight extremely fast. I cannot wait until march when my new insurance kicks in and I can go to a doctor to have ALL my issues addressed. I have to say I'm really down about being behind on my challenge but hey there is still 6 weeks to go in it! I'm going to have to hit it hard to make up for this past few days!

OK so I just weighed because I realized I was being silly and I MAINTAINED! I just knew I was going have to of gained but no so I;m not as far off track as I thought. I feel so much better.
