Well here I go again, I really need to get on this and stick with it. I also need to get more active also, I get very winded quickly. I travel for a living as a sales rep, so I need work on smarter choices of what I eat on the road. It is easy to order a salad and I enjoy them, but we all know that they load them up with cals.
