My food choices ARE NOT condusive to weight loss. There's a lot of comfort foods and stress eating going on. I am AWARE and that's HALF the battle. I have established working out more regularly and squeezing in what I can. De-cluttering my home, de-cluttering my mind...taking small steps to bigger changes. I have got to change the way I eat, I know this. I have the tools and support and know how, I just need to put my knowledge where my mouth is! Have a great day everyone!

Only you can want to want it. When I started this journey about four years ago and began to see progress, I started changing the way I thought about what I ate. I began to embrace the idea that I liked what I saw in the mirror that led to happiness, rather than what I put in my mouth that leads to frustration and guilt. Get mad at something that has NO brain yet controls your every move. That's how I quite cigarettes 10 years ago. Now that I take personal responsibility for what I put in my body and for my health, I'm in better shape than 95+% of the men my age, it's hard work, but I'm worth it. Are you?
