Well, today/tonight is my last night to "cheat" before the big challenge starts tomorrow. The challenge is to lose 10 pounds during the month of February along with some other challenges mixed in there. This might be a little hard for the first week as there's still a bunch of "bad" food in the house that i will be tempted to eat and our paychecks don't get here until next Friday to start buying more healthy food, but i really think that i can do it. I'm also going to start being more vigilant about recording what i eat and the exercise that i do even though i think that recording all of your sedentary activities is rather silly...
Well, here we go! Last night of taco bake cooked in all fatty stuff and maybe some more moose munch for desert! Tomorrow, back to watering myself regularly and LOTS and LOTS of exercise!
