Keep going, at least we are losing weight. Like you I was hoping a bit more would have come off. Need to stop standing on the scales though every morning and night!!.

Thanks Steve! I can't help but to weigh in every morning- it's an addiction. But I know, I need to give it a rest.
I hear ya Heather- so hard for me to be patient. I am stressing big time this weekend. I'm just so over the feeling of having to be the one who does everything. There are so many times I wish I could just run away and be by myself! :-( Oh well, tis life I guess. I downloaded some new music on my ipod so I'm hoping to just go sit somewhere in the house and tune everybody else out. If I could have reign over the family room, I'd dance, but doubt that is happening......

Hard for all of us to be patient. One good thing about tracking food and journalling is that we can track things over time. Keep what works and change what doesn't.
