i went to the gym in a snowstorm today. first time i've ever been there and there wasnt a crowd! 'goal assessment' with a personal trainer= sample workout w/trainer who is trying to get you to pay $130 more a month for 3 months. which i would if i could afford it. and she tells me that the water aerobics classes that i love are below my fitness level. so I will make an effort to do more weight training and try som eof the other classes available. and when i got home, i chowed down. ugh and the last three days really i've just been eating everything in sight! cookies, ice cream, cupcakes (girl at work keeps making them!) and in between healthy stuff. back to old habits i guess i gotta work harder on changing them.
