Made "friends" with my machine today and logged 50 minutes....I adjusted the time down to match the calorie burn as they are over estimated on this site... I figure while waiting and tending to my mother-in-law, I can pass the time squeezing in workouts. I am gonna tackle a bit of de-cluttering today and keep a clear and Happy mind. Does the calorie count on your machine take account of your body weight? The exercise calories on this site are all adjusted for body weight and age.

yes, I program my weight in...but the burn still seems a little generous ...I try to be fair...we shall see. Hope you are doing fine!
