Has anyone ever combined two diet plans in one?? I am still doing the JC diet but also have joined WW online. I can see how many points the JC foods are and then if I have any points left over, I can calculate what I can eat from my cupboard. It also allows me to calculate any activity points that I can swap later, perhaps for a dinner out or a special treat. I am still losing and it seems to have kick started my system again.
