I've been bad all week and haven't had ANY concentrated exercise. Soccer got canceled all week because of Snowmageddon 2012 and I've been convincing myself that the snow is a good reason not to go to the gym either. BUT! I will go today! I brought my stuff... There's no excuse not to. I have to remind myself that once I break into the 150s, I will no longer be "overweight" by BMI standards and while we all know BMI is a terrible measure of overall health, it would still mean a lot for me to get there.
