Nothing. Very frustrating. I kept under my RDI of 1500 and even walked two times last week. I know I need to exercise more but until it gets warmer outside I can't walk and I don't have a Wii Fit or any workout Wii program, just excuses. Lifestyle change, but it helps when you see the scales go down, gives motivation.

Christy. Don't give up. Please. You are doing the right thing. The scale will move as long as you make the right choices. Here are some other things. If you talk on the phone, get up and pace. TURN OFF THE TV, and search you tube for fitness videos. You can go to the library and get exercise videos. It does help when the scales goes down. In the same way that it doesn't go down when it should. It sometimes goes up when it sholdn't. The thing to remember is to believe in yourself, and the process. If you're eating right, and exercising, the scale will move. Don't give up. When in doubt. Prayer works for me.

Christy I agree with logicalloss ~ keep going! keep reminding yourself that you need to keep eating all of your RDI, maybe eat more smaller meals so the time in between meals isn't so long ~ I'll also keep you in my prayers ~ don't give up, you are my motivation!!! Remember what fight we are fighting ~ we will have victory!!
