I have the flu. and last night between being sick from the flu and the kick-ass workout i had the day before my body hurt soo bad i was in tears by the time i finally just went to bed. but today I'm still sick but my muscles are only slightly sore. and i have weird energy so I've been cleaning the house a little. and I have no appetite. so I'm gonn just take care of myself drink plenty of water and rest. i really wanted to go to the gym again today though :( and i have an appointement tomorrow mornin which i may have to ancel :( ugh
