Though the number is higher on the scale because I bought a new new scale, I adjusted my start weight to reflect my loss the past 28 days. I'm happy to see I'm still losing. Today it's 2 ounces. From my record during this whole month I average 2 to 4 ounces at a time.
I'm happy!!
