today was the first day that i had such a tremendous urge to eat something sweet so late at night and since there really is nothing sweet here i ate a handful of candy melts. tooo sweet. i went to the gym today and had a very difficult group workout training. and i think i'm getting the flu. there's nothing i want to watch on tv. i feel like i should call in for tomorrow so i don't have to get up at 6am but maybe i'll be miraculously better? gotsa to get back to where i was with my diet though. shared a peep with mom. pizza last night, and ice cream the night before. (although that was my once a week) maybe i should jsut cut myself some slack! my dinner tongiht was awesome though.
