Burned 393 calories at Curves! That's more than I burned on Saturday at Zumba and my first day at Curves was an estimate of 340 calories. Funny, I wasn't pepped up to work out, but felt good once I was there. I still feel rather sick while working out and after so Ive got to find some foods that will help. Trainer suggested a banana even though I am diabetic because it's a simple carb that's easy to digest and it will burn easily while hopefully not making me sick.

Yay! Checked outside and my protein supplements are here! Taste is something to be acquired, but we'll get there. I don't really have anything in the house to help me right now except I threw in a little Stevia, and half a Light Yogurt. I need more options on how to spruce her up and then I'll be good to go! :-)

Haha! Just when I'm following in your footsteps Heather, you decided to up and change on me! No fair! hahaha! I didn't mix the two together. I tried Pea Protein first. I put it in my blender, but see, I dont have almond milk right now and I don't like regular so I put a splash literally of the reg. 2 % milk in, ice, water and the powder. It's quite gritty so then I added half a container of yogurt because it suggests it on the back of the label. That helped with the sweetness a little bit and then 3 packs of Stevia. The taste is pretty good, just gritty for some reason. I just downed 1.5 servings of it though and I am full as a goose!

Why do you say oh boy to the yogurt? I take it you're not a fan?? I try not to do too much dairy because I feel like it stalls my losses, but I needed something to try and thicken it up- nothing was working and it still wouldn't get thick for me. Was going for the smoothie route obviously.....
