Started exercising again yesterday, did stability ball yesterday (or 2am) and have done the 1 mile Walk Away The Pounds (express) twice today, once at around 2pm and then again around 5:45pm. Not to self...remember this post and the feeling, of how good you feel right now! Keep up the exercising and remember to keep at it :) :) :)
