I screwed up a little bit last night.
Not really but enough to make me aware of the triggers that make me eat the sweet stuff.
Around 10:30 last night I ate one of the last three of the remaining 3 oz. sugar free pudding things.
Not a huge screw up and I'm pms'ing and it wasn't over my carb limit for the day so I'm not going to beat myself up over this.

Breakfast:
2 egg omelette with 1 oz. of cheddar cheese and two slices of ham
1 cup of coffee with 2 splenda
2.75

Lunch:
Romaine and spinach salad with feta cheese and tomatoes
stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese
6.51

snack: string cheese and little smokie sausage things
carb total: 2.31

Dinner:
meatloaf with broccoli
spinach and romaine salad
4.34

carb total: 15.91

Don't worry about it. Once I figured out my triggers I knew better how to cope. I can't keep any chocolate in my house during my TOM, not even sugar-free because I go crazy. I don't think it will affect you too bad. You're doing great!
