I am 37 yrs. old now (where have the years gone?)...I'm married to a terrific man and have two girls age 14 and 11 which mean the world to me. I've joined a cardio kick class about a month and 1/2 ago with a friend which meets three times a week. Now that I am back to an excercize routine I need to concentrate on cutting the calories and eatting better which I am committed to do. I've never done the "Weight Watchers" diet before, so I am going to give it a try. It's time to do this thing!
