I was happy with my first day. Got up today feeling healthier. I went to the park and walked 30 min. 4 times around the track. also walked at Walmart, more that usual. I am tracking my food and exercising so I am feel good about my progress for change. Still not smoking, that is big hurdle. Not sure about my lunch and dinner points, hard to figure, but I OVER calculated to be on the safe side. My weight was down this morning, but don't want to record it yet.
