Day 10. Blood sugars are still in the 80s. Not sure why. I began with 80s and 90s, and first couple days got down to 70s. My body must still be adjusting, so I'll keep an eye on it. My scale is bouncing around so it may need new batteries. It is normally pretty accurate. -24 this morning. So a good day to stay indoors again. Going to start doing stretching exercises beginning yesterday. I've tried to upload pictures, but they must be too large. They never appear and the little message says "loading" for the longest time.
