I had a piece of birthday cake today. I didn't need it but I wanted it and I gave in. I have been craving cake for over 3 weeks and I just couldn't do it anymore. I will pay for it in calories and weight gain but until they make something that makes craving go away I am gonna slip once in a while. I know people on here that are strong and won't have given in and can go without sugar and all the other evils but I am not one of them, I am me and I will just cut back on what I eat for the rest of today and move forward.

Having one piece of cake will not be the end of the world. Hopefully you enjoyed it and move on with the rest of your day. Pizza is my down fall but I fully intend on having some this weekend. I figure if I deprive myself I will go over board on other things to try and make up for it. Hang in there, you're doing great!
