It is good to be starting the new year off right. I have been reading information on sleep deprivation and feel all the effects. We need to restructure things at home so we can both get more rest. My wake up time every morning is 3:30, try to get back to sleep and then I'm up at 6:30 or so. Struggle with brain fog, depression, chronic pain flare ups. This morning it was -15 outside with Artic winds coming down from the North. I want to stay focused on eating right and getting more rest. This morning both hubby and I slept in until 8:00 a.m. New for both of us. So I'm feeling happy. Now to tackle the kitchen. Happy New Year.
