My "engine light" is on...

Those little aches and pains and feelings of sludge running through my body and brain is due to excess sugar consumption and all the grazing...It stops now!

I think a really good latte sans the syrup or a bulletproof coffee can get me through the day and break the cycle. A nutritious light dinner would be most welcome. I am not at the danger point, yet. Why wait till New Years???? Everyday, every hour is a new beginning. Have a good one folks, I'm off to visit my elliptical and who remembers those pesky planks?????
